At Dohr India, we offer exchange or 100% store credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase, except customized orders. We will provide you a Credit Note via email which can be redeemed by you against another order. The validity for this Credit Note will be 6 months from the date of issue. If you purchase a stitched saree the product is then not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Please make sure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and all original tags are intact. Once the returned product qualifies our quality checks, we will process the exchange or store credit.
