Payment Policy

We offer our customers the flexibility to choose from multiple payment options for a seamless shopping experience. You may complete your purchase:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please Note:

  • For COD orders up to INR 20,000, we offer 100% COD facility.

  • For orders exceeding INR 20,000, we offer a Split COD option: a nominal advance of 5% of the order value is payable online at checkout, with the remaining 95% payable on delivery.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India.

International Shipping

  • We offer complimentary international shipping on orders above INR 40,000.

  • A flat shipping fee of INR 3,000 is applicable on international orders below INR 40,000.

All orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Dispatch Timelines

  • Ready-to-Ship styles are dispatched within 48-72 hours.

  • All other styles are handcrafted on order and dispatched within 10 working days.

Delivery Timelines

  • For domestic deliveries, please allow 4–5 working days post-dispatch.

  • For international deliveries, kindly allow 7–10 working days post-dispatch, based on location.


Return & Exchange Policy

At Dohr India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare event that you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, we are happy to offer:

  • An exchange, or

  • A 100% store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Please note:

  • Customized and stitched saree orders are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • All returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at care@dohrindia.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Delivery address

    • Reason for return (with pictures, if applicable)

Our team will respond within 48 working hours. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. This process typically takes 10–15 days. If you prefer a faster turnaround, you may ship the product to us using an express service.

To be eligible for exchange or credit, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In its original condition with tags intact

  • Undamaged and securely packaged

Please Note:

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
