Payment Policy
Our customers can choose to pay Online via our checkout page, or opt for COD (Cash on Delivery) payment mode, or get in touch with our team at +91-9810205646 incase of bank transfer or any other mode of payment.
Please note:
For COD Orders upto INR 20,000, we accept Full COD Orders (100% Order Value marked as COD).
For COD Orders above INR 20,000, we accept Split COD Orders wherein you would be requested to pay 5% of the order value upfront at checkout via Online payment mode and balance 95% will be marked as COD.

Shipping Policy
Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
We provide Free International Shipping on orders above INR 40,000.
For International orders below INR 40,000, a flat rate of INR 3000 is levied at the time of checkout.
Delivery: We send our orders via reputed third party logistic partners.
We attempt to dispatch the Ready to Ship styles within 48 Hours.
Dohr India Classic styles are dispatched within 10 working days.
For domestic orders, please consider an additional 4-5 working days for delivery depending on area pin code.
For International orders, please consider an additional 7-10 working days for delivery depending on area pin code.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Dohr India, we offer exchange or 100% store credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase, except customized orders. We will provide you a Credit Note via email which can be redeemed by you against another order. The validity for this Credit Note will be 6 months from the date of issue. If you purchase a stitched saree the product is then not eligible for exchange or store credit.
If you would like to return or exchange any product, kindly get in touch with our team within 3 days of delivery with the following details:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return, incase of any damage please send us a picture as well.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday | 10 am – 6 pm
We will respond to you within 48 hours.
We will arrange reverse pick up to facilitate the return. The process would take 10-15 days. If you would like to expedite this process then you can ship the product yourself to us in express. Please make sure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and all original tags are intact. Once the returned product qualifies our quality checks, we will process the exchange or store credit.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
