At Dohr India, we offer exchange or 100% store credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase, except customized orders. We will provide you a Credit Note via email which can be redeemed by you against another order. The validity for this Credit Note will be 6 months from the date of issue. If you purchase a stitched saree the product is then not eligible for exchange or store credit.

If you would like to return or exchange any product, kindly get in touch with our team within 3 days of delivery with the following details:

• Specify the reason for return, incase of any damage please send us a picture as well.

Reverse pickups will either be arranged by us, or the customer may be required to ship the parcel to:

Once received, the product will undergo a quality check. If approved, the return/exchange will be processed.

We will arrange reverse pick up to facilitate the return. The process would take 10-15 days. If you would like to expedite this process then you can ship the product yourself to us in express. Please make sure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and all original tags are intact. Once the returned product qualifies our quality checks, we will process the exchange or store credit.

• Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
