How can I buy a gift card?

You can buy Gift Cards from our website under the Gifting section from our Main Menu. We will send you a virtual gift card via email. Cash on delivery is not available on gift cards.

What is the minimum value of a gift card?

The minimum value of a gift card is INR 3000.

How can I redeem the gift card?

The gift card entitles the registered user to buy merchandise from our website.
The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit note. It will also not be refunded.
If the amount of the purchase is more than the value of the gift card, the customer must pay the balance amount. Similarly, if there is unutilized amount in the gift card, the customer can redeem the amount in a subsequent order as long as the order is placed within the validity period.
We reserve the right to reject a gift card if there is a reasonable doubt that the gift card has already been used or has expired.

What is the validity of the gift card?

The validity of the gift card is 3 months from the date of issue. The validity of the gift card cannot be extended and no purchase can be made against an expired gift card.

What if I mention the wrong email id in the virtual gift card?

We are not liable for delivery of gift card to an incorrect or non-existent email address.

How can I add a gift box?

You can add a gift box at a flat cost of INR 450. This option will be available below the 'Add to Cart' option on the product page.
